Every part I put into your car is genuine. If the genuine part isn't available, I'll only use a premium aftermarket equivalent — same spec, same engineering standard, same warranty-safe fit. Never the cheapest option from the wholesaler. If it wouldn't go on my car, it won't go on yours.

I'm one person. I don't have a service advisor on commission. I don't have a back-office manager adding a margin to every line. I don't have a franchise licensing fee baked into your bill. You pay for parts, labour, and the time it takes me to explain what I found — that's it.

Every job is photographed. Before and after. Parts laid out. My customers describe this over and over in their Google reviews ("he sent me photos of everything"). If you can see the problem, you don't have to trust me on faith. You can just look.

Do you service European and Japanese cars? +

Yes. All makes, all models — European, Japanese, American, Australian. I use manufacturer-spec parts and fluids so your warranty and resale value stay intact.

Will servicing my new car at Auto Labs void my warranty? +

No. An independent mechanic can service a new car under warranty as long as the service follows the manufacturer's schedule, uses genuine-equivalent parts, and is stamped in the logbook. I do all three on every logbook service.

How do you quote a logbook service? +

Every quote is tailored to the specific car — make, model, year, service interval, and what your logbook actually calls for. Call me with the details and I will give you the exact number up front, before any work starts. No surprises at collection.

Can James look at a quote I already got from a dealer? +
