The shop is tucked into the Bald Hill Rd industrial estate, about 5 minutes off the Princes Highway. Easy parking out front. If your GPS takes you to the wrong factory, call me — I'll walk you in.

Do I need to book in advance? +
Yes, for anything scheduled (logbook, major service, transmission work). For quick diagnostic questions or a second opinion on a quote, you can call any time during trading hours.
Can I wait at the shop while you work on my car? +
You can, but I usually recommend dropping off and collecting later — it's a working factory unit, not a waiting room, and most jobs need a few hours.
Do you offer a courtesy car? +
Not at this stage (it's a one-man shop). Pakenham Station is a 5-minute walk if you need a lift into the city or home.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Cash, EFTPOS and bank transfer on collection. I'll email an invoice for every job.
Do you service my make/model? +
Yes. All makes, all models — European, Japanese, American, Australian, petrol, diesel, hybrid.
