The factory 10R80 pan is plastic. It warps, it weeps, it gives you nowhere to drain from and nowhere to read a temperature. This one is cast aluminium, made in Australia, and fixes the lot in a single part.

What the pan does

Everything the factory plastic pan should have been.

It's cast into the pan itself, on the inside where nobody but the person fitting it will ever see it. Same as the 6-speed pan: designed in the workshop, made in Australia, and built to a standard I'm happy to put my own name and my own plate on.

These are made in batches. The current batch is roughly four weeks out — pre-order now and yours is set aside from that run.

Lifetime warranty

The pan carries a lifetime warranty. Cast aluminium can't warp like the factory plastic pan and it won't develop pin-hole weeps. If it ever does let you down, talk to me.

I confirm the batch

I come back to you with where the batch is sitting and what your timing looks like — the current run is roughly four weeks out.

Step 3

Pick it up or get it fitted

$880 including GST. Collect it from Pakenham, have it shipped, or book it in and we'll fit it here at the workshop.

The billet 10R80 thermal bypass valve is in stock now — it forces fluid through the external cooler sooner. Pairs perfectly with the deep pan.
