Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

Our online checkout ships Australia-wide. You can also pick up from the workshop in Pakenham (see below).

Processing & dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. As a small workshop, busy periods can occasionally add a day or two — if anything’s going to take longer, we’ll let you know. Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location, via Australia Post or a courier. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and can vary with distance and demand.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact cost is shown before you pay — no surprises.

Local pickup — Pakenham

Prefer to collect in person? Choose pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready at the workshop, Factory 18/99 Bald Hill Rd, Pakenham VIC 3810. Pickup is free.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we’ll send you the details once your order is on its way.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived in the expected timeframe, or it turns up damaged, get in touch and we’ll chase it up and make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and our Returns & Refunds Policy apply.
